Year 2 is designed to prepare emerging leaders to make high-level decisions, manage cross-functional teams, and drive long-term success within their venues and the broader live entertainment and public assembly industry.

By the end of Year 1, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of public venue management. Students will develop foundational knowledge in key operational areas including event planning, guest services, marketing, finance, risk management, and leadership.
